We currently ship throughout the United States. Once your order is placed, it typically ships from our shop within 3-5 days. To track your package, use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 business hours for the tracking information to be updated after shipping.

local pick up

If you're local and prefer to pick up your order at one of our events, place your order on our site using the code “LOCALS ONLY” and specify the event location where you'd like to pick it up in the notes section.

lost packages & damaged items

If your package does not arrive, appears lost or stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@lleky.com and your local post office immediately for assistance. We are not responsible for missing merchandise or shipping costs, but we will do our best to help with any damaged products.

returns

Returns are accepted for unworn and unwashed items only within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping using a carrier of their choice. Please note that skateboards, longboards, and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. To initiate a return, email hello@lleky.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. Refunds will be processed once we receive the original package and may take up to 2-3 business days to appear in your account.
